Will is a seasoned commercial and intellectual property litigator with nearly 30 years of experience. A Yale Law School graduate and former litigator at Morrison & Foerster and Latham &Watkins, Will has successfully represented clients in complex commercial and technology disputes, including high-stakes patent, trade secret, copyright, and trademark litigation.
Will’s clients span industries such as software, AI, biotech, digital media, consumer products, and medical devices, including Uber, Fortinet, Genentech, and Balsam Hill. Recently, he represented Planner 5D in a landmark trade secret and copyright scraping case against Meta and Princeton. He also handled a confidential Lear challenge to biotech patents with significant COVID-19 implications. Will is a past President of the San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Association.
