Privacy Policy
Bayla Law Group, LLP| Effective Date: July 17, 2026
Information We Collect and Use
Bayl Law Group, LLP (“BLG,” “we,” “us,” or“our”) may collect and use information you provide to us or that we receive in connection with our legal, business, or other professional relationships. This may include names, contact information, phone numbers, email addresses, communications with us, and information related to services provided by, for, or to BLG. We use this information to communicate with you, provide and administer services, respond to inquiries, manage relationships, maintain records, operate our website and communications systems, and comply with legal, ethical, and business obligations.
Mobile Messaging
BLG may use text messaging, including SMS and MMS, for direct communications with clients, prospective clients known to BLG, other attorneys and law firms, vendors, and others with whom BLG has an existing legal, business, or other professional relationship, where BLG has consent or another appropriate basis to communicate by text. Message and data rates may apply. BLG does not use text messaging for mass marketing, distribution list messaging, newsletters, promotional campaigns, or solicitation of persons unknown to BLG.
Consent and Opt-In
By providing your phone number and opting-in to receiving text messages, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. We ensure that your consent is obtained explicitly and that you are informed about the types of messages you will receive.
Sharing of Personal Information and Data
BLG will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to third parties without your express consent, except as required by law. Any phone numbers, email addresses, communication consent information, or text messaging data that BLG collects from you and uses in connection with text messaging will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes to which you have agreed. We may share text-related information with BLG's service providers solely to operate, support, and maintain our phone, text-messaging, records, and communications systems.
Opting Out of Text Messages
You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from BLG at any time. To opt-out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us or you can contact us at 415-765-6635 or privacy@blgrp.com.
Confidentiality and Attorney-Client Relationship
Text messaging may not be secure. Do not send confidential or sensitive information by text unless BLG has instructed you to do so.
Contacting BLG by text, email, phone, or otherwise does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Do not share confidential or sensitive information with us under the expectation that doing so, by itself, will shield that information under the attorney-client privilege.
Retention & Privacy Policy Contact
BLG may retain text messages and related records as part of client, administrative, business, or legal records, consistent with applicable law, professional obligations, and our practices.
For privacy-related questions, contact BLG at 415-765-6635 or privacy@blgrp.com.
